This website is about church planting. Church planting is the concept of
creating new churches from scratch.
Why do that, you may ask? Well to quote Peter Roennfeldt, "It is not only the most effective means of reaching unchurched and secular people—but, fresh approaches to worship and evangelism also gives new life to many of the dechurched."
So, in short, planting churches is about making God accessible to people who do not yet know him and have no church background, or people who used to know him but grew tired of church. It's about creating Christian fellowships with other people—our fellow children of God.
About this siteThis website will hopefully serve as an inspiration for everybody involved in church planting or church revitalising, or the visitor not currently involved but exploring ideas and concepts. However, its main purpose is to be a community of church planters in a specific region, namely the Seventh-Day Adventist Church in the Trans-European Division, comprising much of Northern, Eastern and Central Europe.
